#781 Pocket Pouch Pattern & Kit
Kit includes #781 Pocket Pouch multi-sized Pattern & three 3/4″ magnetic snaps.
Oblong shaped bag pattern includes three sizes. Finished Small size is 9-1/2″ deep x 9″ wide, Medium is 11″ x 10-1/2″ and Large is 12-1/2″ x 12″.
Fully lined handbag uses a magnetic snap for closure. Also included optional Zipper Instructions for closure. A zippered “secret” pocket is stitched into the lining seam allowance where it is concealed.
The large size includes optional gusset, which contains pockets for cell phone, keys, glasses and other handy items. Choose one of the decorative stitching designs in the pattern for embellishment or combine leftovers from other stitching or piecing projects.
Design Tip:
Turn the center panel upside down during construction to make a wider opening at the top like the black Ultra Suede™ bag. Compare the 2 construction styles in the Loralie Sewing Ladies picture. Stitch the lining in the same manner. A double strap is more appropriate for the new style bag.
